According to the specific test environment, GDSZ-80 series Refrigerated & Heating Circulators is a new generation of products which is researched and developed on the basis of DLSB low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and GY oil bath, with the function of one machine with multiple, and widely used in small space with a variety of specific environment. Through data programming for the equipment of intelligent temperature controller, by temperature sensing system feedback container temperature data, the controller control the compressor to make cooling, let the medium in the cold trough get low temperature; through the heater heat, so that the medium in the tough can obtain high temperature, by rapid thermal process, it can let medium temperature in the tough suiting for user needs, then through the absolutely leakage shielding circulating pump transfer the medium to an external device (such as a reactor). After the re-flux is switched, turn on the valve, the purpose of heat circulation can be achieved. When the corollary equipments(glass reactor, rotary evaporator, extraction equipment) of GDSZ-80 series Refrigerated & Heating Circulators require rapidly warming or cooling, GDSZ pump would satisfy their requirements. It can quickly shift function between heating and cooling, and using one same medium(conduction oil), which thoroughly changed the disadvantage of conducting heating and warming in separate instruments in the past.
GDSZ-80 series Refrigerated & Heating Circulators, its whole liquid circulation is closed, with expansion vessel, expansion tank and liquid circulation is adiabatic and does not participate in the liquid circulation, it is only the mechanical connection. No matter the liquid circulation temperature is high or low, the medium in the expansion container is lower than room temperature. The whole liquid circulation is a closed system, it can be done at low temperature without water vapor absorption, high temperature without oil mist generation.
GDSZ-80 series Refrigerated & Heating Circulators use PID intelligent control, according to chemical process to automatic adjust power output, accuracy control the temperature of reaction process, and satisfying requirements for temperature changing.
For standard model, set max temperature difference between vessel body and clamp cover according to factory’s safety requirements, if outdoor temperature difference up to the limiting value, equipment would auto stop and give an alarm, to ensure no fracture.
